Lisa Dienes

Lisa graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a BA in Psychology + Certificate in Business, but her love of fitness began in high school. She danced + often went to the “health club” with her dad + aunt. In college, she taught dance camps in the summer + fitness classes during the school year.

After graduation, Lisa worked in management consulting + later in marketing for her family’s business. After getting married, Lisa + her husband Scott became parents to three daughters in 3.5 years! Life was fun + busy, + when an opportunity arose to return to teaching fitness, she took it.

Currently, Lisa is an E-RYT 200 hour certified yoga instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Group Fitness instructor + certified Spinning instructor. Lisa loves teaching athletic vinyasa yoga classes, intense HIIT + strength workouts + training clients in small groups + one-on-one.

Lisa’s focus is on helping her students build strength (inside + out) + to stay committed to a healthy, fitness-focused lifestyle. Lisa’s currently gearing-up to launch her own Wellness + Accountability program.

Lisa loves bringing like-minded women together on retreat to enjoy yoga, fitness + more through her Embrace Your Strength Weekends. Embrace Your Strength’s inaugural weekend kicked off in Scottsdale in fall 2019, Mexico followed in winter 2022 + the retreat returned to Scottsdale in fall of 2023. Embrace Your Strength weekends are a mash-up of fitness, yoga, healthy eating, meditation + fun! Stay tuned for the details for the next EYS Weekend!
